Constitutional Convention

The Constitutional Convention was a short-lived attempt in late March and early April 2008 to bring some order and structure to RationalWiki. Although its exact history is still vague, it seems probable that it had its origins in one of the incidents of Headless Chicken Mode that were common at the time.
Although a number of discussion subjects were raised, and briefly even discussed, the project eventually fizzled out when the herd of cats RW user base lost interest.
It can not be ruled out that the whole thing was just an early April's Fool that tried too hard.
