Living dead

The Living dead are editors who announce their wiki-death and then continue living.

Examples include Cracker, who has displayed the {{retired}} template for most of his time on RationalWiki but is still quite active. Elassint, for a time, was among the living dead, although he seems to have genuinely passed now. Radioactive afikomen has been an on-again off-again member of their ranks, and frequently displays announcements that he is only "partially available" while still being very, very active.
