Occasionaluse, formerly Neveruse, and before that Neveruse513, is a sysop on RationalWiki known, mostly, for parody. He caused a stir with the Night Mode Incident until we got used to his sense of humour. He also used to have a list on his userpage of RationalWikians he did/did not like.[3] Currently, he has the retirement template up with a (pretend) list of grievances, and edits through an announced sock account, Occasionaluse. He now has a new list, complete with users likely to die next. Nobody seems to mind though.
He is alleged to be yet another sock of MarcusCicero by the sort of people who see MC socks everywhere. After all, the website mentioned in the LA Times and Wikipedia couldn't possibly attract more than one troublemaker at a time, could it?
He seems to have settled down and become part of the team, albeit a prickly curmudgeonly part. He appears to have an especial dislike of ListenerX, stating that he makes a practice of voting down any WIGO written by that editor on the grounds that he is an "asshat."[4]

Occasionaluse was sysopped by Psygremlin on August 30 2010 .[5] He then stripped OU of his rights on 21 April 2011, for "concren trolling". Psy returned the rights 23 hours later.
Neveruse on the other hand, has a user rights log that looks like a carousel[6] Constantly being sysopped, and desysopped by Phantom Hoover, Nx, Human, Nutty Roux, P-Foster and Gooniepunk2010. He had bureaucratship for 5 minutes on 29 October 2009.
