Pinto's5150[2] is better known as just "Pinto", "that bean guy", or "Locke". Even God herself does not know the reasoning behind his bizarre username, although "5150" has some cultural associations (A Marshall amplifier, a Van Halen album, and a CHIPS radio code). And it doesn't help that his signature reads "Locke" rather than Pinto's5150.
Pinto, like Human, handed out sysopships like candy, thereby achieving what RationalWiki has long sought to do and become the opposite of Conservapedia, by making sysopship completely meaningless.
He was sysoped August 20, 2007 by Tmtoulouse and bureaucratized November 10, 2007 by AmesG.[3] It is not clear what awesome mindpowerz Pinto possessed in order to bamboozle AmesG into giving him bureaucratship. He arrived a relative latecomer on June 30, 2007, and is not a cabalist. Nor does he make five million edits a day like Human.
These days, he only shows up once in a blue moon, if that, making him arguably RW's least productive bureaucrat of all time (well Gauss has less edits, but edits more frequently).
