Spica is an established but infrequent user on RationalWiki, having joined barely ten days after RationalWiki 2.0's inception. Little intelligence has been gathered on him at this time, besides he has stayed out of the many recent controversies on RW.
Spica plays a role-playing game called Traveller,[3] which we feel he has pushed too much onto others (specifically, in a previous version of this article). Sometimes, he adopts the persona of a Hiver, for no readily apparent reason.
On RW, Spica successfully took on and defeated the troll TK over a rather semantic point. TK insisted that Spica had "demanded" answers to something, and Spica insisted that he had never used the words 'demand' or 'demanded'. TK could not provide evidence that Spica had 'demanded' anything and Spica kicked his arse 100%, rubber stamped.
The management of this site is very tired of the way he edits his own article and can get quite huffy about him doing that. Proxima Centauri isn't huffy about Spica and is pleased that there are now 2 stars on Rationalwiki.
Human made Spica a sysop on May 16 2008, after a brief "process" conducted on one of his sub-user pages.[4]
