"Uncyclopedia’s policy on cyberbullying appears incomprehensible. A funny article on Tony Blair is acceptable as is one on George W Bush. Prominent Republican politician, Phyllis Schlafly does not merit an article and writing humorous stuff about her merits a month long block. A new editor making her 3rd post was expected to understand this subtle distinction, whatever it is. "
