Username vandal

The username vandal is a troll of uncertain identity and motive, who has been attacking RW and RWW. His or her principal attack is creating users with offensive (usually long and obscene) usernames, hence his title. These user accounts seldom make actual edits; those he does through proxy IPs.
Later, he made several extremely dirty limericks as usernames both at RW and RWW.
Arthropleura has alternately believed this vandal to be Fall down[1] and Jinxmchue, but then he always blaming stuff on them anyway.
