Walking dead

The Walking Dead are users who used to be well known and active but are no longer so. Frequently they are both sysops and Cabal members.
They are really mirror images of the living dead. The "living dead" claim to have left but are, in reality, active; the "walking dead" do not claim to have left but are, in reality, inactive.
